Standing up to Gov. Reynolds – People’s Condition of the State Events

We’re tired of hearing Governor Reynolds and her fellow corporate sellouts tell us how they see Iowa’s future. That’s why Iowans are joining together for the People’s Condition of the State events across Iowa. Will you join us? (Events listed below)

Republicans have ignored the needs of working families for far too long in Iowa. At the People’s Condition of the State press conferences this weekend, community leaders will stand up for these Iowa families and hold Governor Reynolds and the Republican-led legislature accountable.

Together, we’ll ensure the reality of Iowan needs is not ignored as Gov. Reynolds touts her agenda.

Here’s what you need to know to join us at your local event:

1 Response to Standing up to Gov. Reynolds – People’s Condition of the State Events

  1. A.D. says:

I deeply loathe Facebook and refuse to join. If the only way to find out about an event is through Facebook, I miss the event. It’s a price I’ve decided I am willing to pay, and I’m certainly not blaming anyone else for it.

Any progressive groups that communicate exclusively through Facebook, however, may want to keep in mind that there are other never-Facebook rebels out here. And on the occasions in the past several years when I’ve experimented to see if Facebook might let me see information without forcing me to join first, the answer has been NO.
