Progress Iowa Corn Feed And Women’s March This Weekend

From our friends at Progress Iowa – a reminder that their annual corn feed will be held in Cedar Rapids this afternoon:

Did you know the National Women’s March is this weekend? With several events in Iowa, you can take action and show your support no matter which corner of the state you live in!

As October 8 is the national march, Progress Iowa will be hosting local leaders, storytellers, and officeholders to recognize the Women’s Wave at our 8th annual Progress Iowa Corn Feed. We can’t wait to hear from Planned Parenthood Advocates of Iowa Chair Dana Larson, Organizer & Reproductive Rights Advocate Mica Doolan, and Kate Reveaux with NARAL Iowa at this event!

Make sure to register here for the Progress Iowa Corn Feed with a Women’s March program on Saturday, October 8th in Cedar Rapids!

This weekend, there will also be a Women’s Wave: Power to the Polls event in Des Moines! The event will take place at the Iowa State Capitol on Sunday, October 9th at 2 p.m. You can register here!

To find more Women’s Wave events near you, please use the Women’s March event location tool here.

Thanks for taking action!
