It is a shame that the Democrats don’t have someone like Politics Girl delivering a message daily packed either the lies, incompetence and misdirection that the felon in the White House manages to inflict on us daily. Such a news cast could also include the doings in the state by governors, legislators, Attorneys General and partisan courts.

Since the right owns most of the media, distribution may be a problem. May I suggest a way to maybe work around that problem?

Perhaps Democrats could field a shadow cabinet like they do in parliamentary countries such as Britain and Canada. The members of such a cabinet would not have to be politicians themselves but some kind of expert on issues in say Health or Labor or Defense. They could be designated as a response team that would have a daily briefing to address the day’s take on MAGA movement.

Other countries are already doing it, so it would not be like we would be inventing the wheel. With a “official”. Feel as spokes. Group for the Democratic Party, I would think even the Fox wannabes would carry it to burnish their reputations as “non-partisan.”

Just thought I would throw this out. By the way – Politics Girl is yet another example of Democrats Speaking Out!
