Sunday Funday: It Is Finally Fall Edition

See, it is fun when it is someone else’s dog and someone else’s leaves (3 minutes)

Just a couple of decades ago, my little town had all the leaf vacuuming equipment removed from he city vehicles, stored away and the snow removal equipment was in place by Halloween. Now the trees are just turning and the major fall of leaves has often barely begun by Halloween. City policy of having the equipment changed out by November 1 has been changed after a few years when there were tons of leaves left on residents yards.

Speaking of falls, looks like Sydney Powell turning (get the pun) may grease the skids for a certain orange man’s fall. Maybe Brenna Bird will have to change her endorsement and maybe pretend it never happened.

Oopsie – this just in – another Flipper ready to tell how a certain presidential candidate may actually be the biggest felon in American history. Nothing like a good mystery at Halloween.

Looks like if you are looking for some fall reading – Heather Cox Richardson, Rachel Maddow and Cassidy Hutchison have great offerings that will make you realize how scary reality can be. Wouldn’t be surprised to see the governor and legislature call a special session to ban their books and pretend hey don’t exist.

Better write these questions before we get more updates. Remember, questions are written on Friday afternoon and were true at that time.

In Iowa yesterday, Trump described America’s flag officers as “some of the dumbest people I’ve ever met.”

I suppose “dumb” is better than the “suckers” and “losers” he previously called the lower ranks.

But tell me again how Republicans love the military. – Stonekettle
