“Congressman David Young began offering a new resource in 2017 for Iowans in the Third Congressional District to make sure their voices are heard or are getting help in solving problems they may be having with a federal agency. Open Office Hours provides Third District Iowans the opportunity to meet one-on-one with Congressman Young and discuss opinions, concerns, and ideas about the issues being discussed in Congress or to seek assistance, or discuss problems they are having, with a federal agency.

During each Open Office Hours event Congressman Young sits down for individual, ten minute meetings with constituents in attendance to discuss personal concerns, opinions and possible casework needs on a first-come, first-serve basis. Participants must be residents of one of the 16 counties of Iowa’s Third Congressional District.”
