What a breath of fresh air it was to watch a democrat be interviewed by someone in the Iowa press who asked questions in a neutral manner, without republican favoritism and snide digs. But enough about that.

Today is the first day of early voting. If you live in IA-04 run don’t walk to your county auditor’s office and cast your vote for Ryan Melton. Watch his answers on this video and you will see that he is a smart, thoughtful person who cares about Iowa and cares about democracy. He has a full time job and doesn’t take corporate PAC money.  He is working hard to defeat the do-nothing MAGA republican Randy Feenstra.  He thinks about issues in a non-partisan way and would be a great fit for IA-04.

Melton must be doing okay because Feenstra refused to appear with him on Iowa Press for a debate.
