You can also contact the media.

At Congress.org/media guide, scroll down and click on Iowa.  There you can see a drop-down list of the major TV and radio stations and every newspaper in the state from the Adair County Free Press to the Wyoming Midland Times.  With one click send a letter-to-the-editor to as many as five newspapers at one time.
