Dear Friends,

Monday, Nick Strickland's back again, talking about marriage equality and where that issue goes next after the electorate's resounding dismissal of all three Iowa Supreme Court judges on the ballot this month.

Tuesday, Peggy Huppert talks about puppy mills, an issue that has generated a bundle of controversy and may (read “should”) see action at the Statehouse when the Iowa Legislature reconvenes in January, albeit under radically different leadership.

Wednesday, Allyne Smith leads the conversation on an open-discussion that, as often happens, could lead lots of places.

Thursday, it's Thanksgiving Day. Come on, you really don't expect us to be on the air today, do you? I'll be relaxing, taking a long walk, and enjoying friends, family, and the bounty of the harvest. I hope you're able to do the same.
