Ask Senator Grassley Today Why He Voted Against 37,000 Jobs For Iowa

Grassley.senate.gov/blog

[Today] is the last day of my weeklong travels to 24 counties meeting with Iowans at businesses, schools and town hall meetings.  I’ll be in Clinton, Maquoketa, Monticello and Hopkinton.  Turnout has been higher than normal.  I always say that representative government is a two-way street. It’s great to see the high level of participation.  Stimulus package has been biggest topic so far – lots of questions about its actual impact on the economy.

According to Recovery.gov, the stimulus package will save or create 37,000 Iowa jobs over the next two years.

If you live in or near Clinton, Maquoketa, Monticello or Hopkinton, and can attend a meeting, ask Sen. Grassley why he voted against 37,000 jobs for Iowa.
