We Want Our Country Back Concert for Paul Johnson Oct. 8 in Ames
Dear friends at Democracy for Iowa,
When
Howard Dean repeated “we want out country back” at event after Iowa
caucus event, it struck a nerve with all of us paying attention to the
daily outrages of the Bush Administration.
So we
want to extend a special invitation to all of you who were moved by
Howard Dean and his message to join us for a special “We Want Our
Country Back” concert for Paul Johnson, Democratic candidate for Congress in Iowa's 4th district.
The concert at the Ames City Auditorium on Friday, October 8th, will
feature Iowa-based musicians Greg Brown, Iris Dement and David Zollo.
The show begins at 8:00 p.m., and doors open at 7:00 p.m.
