Abortion Ban Ruled Unconstitutional

Attorney
General John Ashcroft struck out Wednesday, as the third of three
federal judges, this one in Nebraska, ruled that the federal abortion
ban is unconstitutional and cannot be enforced.
“[This] ruling should be a cease and desist order for Attorney General
Ashcroft and his taxpayer-funded anti-choice pursuits,” said PPFA
President Gloria Feldt.
Our
friends on Capitol Hill fought this dangerous legislation year after
year and they deserve a big THANK YOU for their hard work in staying
the course. These decisions are vindications of their votes and they
should be proud.
