There
are several things in this life I can't stand. One is a fascist. I find
anyone objectionable and un-American when they get their ya-yas out
jack-booting around stroking their pistola, waxing nationalistic and
subverting patriotism for their own cause at the expense of a trusting
public.



Another
thing I can't stand is the vast majority of politicians. It's one of my
American traits that I'm most proud of. I can't quite trust the motives
of anyone whose job requires them to spin the truth, avoid issues or
embrace the wishy-washy middle ground so they can gain a point in
opinion polls. . . .
