The Progressive:
The Howard Dean Interview
Available online today for the first time is a new interview with Howard Dean from the June, 2004, issue of The Progressive.
The interview was conducted on April 19 by Matthew Rothschild, and covers everything from the Dean campaign, the media, and where Gov. Dean disagrees with Kerry, to the possibility of another stolen election and scrubbed voter rolls.
Just look at this one completely amazing question:
Q: People often ask me, “Will Bush give up power if he loses?” Do you have any fear that he would not go quietly?
I'll let you read Howard's answer for yourself. But, is it not simply astonishing that the situation with the Bush regime has gotten so bad that sensible people wonder that if Bush ends up being unsuccessful in rigging another election, will he actually give up power peacefully?
