Democrats to Rally Against Bush Visit in Dubuque

George W. Bush will be making a stop in Dubuque next, as part of his “Winning the War on Terror” Bus Tour.  Democratic activists will join with firefighters, nurses, and other vital homeland security personnel to remind him that saying we're winning the war on terror, and actually providing the necessary training and personnel needed are two different things.  More details on the visit and planned rally will be available this week.
