Iowans should be aware. Laura Belin over at Bleeding Heartland posted on Blue Sky,

“This decision doesn’t affect Iowa, because Republicans changed state law to prohibit counting any ballots that arrive after 8 pm on election day.

(For decades Iowa did count late-arriving ballots, if postmarked by the day before election day).”

So Iowa voters if you plan to vote by mail send in your ballot as early as the law allows.
