Watch this discussion of Polk County’s launch of the Central Iowa Source Water Research Assessment (CISWRA). The project aims to assess and come up with recommendations for water quality improvements.

I’m a fast reader and have time to skim written material, but not to watch videos. I’ll appreciate any written information about this project if/when it appears here, and meanwhile, thank you to everyone who is contributing to CISWRA. It’s good to know that Polk County cares about water quality. And that’s especially true because our governor and the majority of Iowa legislators have made it clear that they do not.
