TOMORROW: REPRODUCTIVE FREEDOM
|
|
Despite the Iowa Supreme Court deciding access to abortion should remain legal in Iowa, Governor Reynolds called a special session to be held tomorrow, July 11, at 8:30 AM to take away our reproductive freedom. Instead of listening to a majority of Iowans who support reproductive freedom, Governor Reynolds is caving to the special interest and demanding lawmakers ban abortions after about six weeks, well before most people even know they are pregnant. We believe everyone deserves the right to make their own health care decisions, especially when it comes to reproductive care and abortion. |
