Zach Wahls Fundraiser July 14

Zach Wahls is turning 28 and he’s making his birthday celebration into a political fund raiser! That’s what his predecessor, State Senator Bob Dvorsky did so the tradition continues, this year at The Walker Homestead.

Here’s part of a fundraising email message from the senator.

Now that I’m officially an elected official, part of my job is transforming life events into opportunities to raise money, so I can help elect more Democrats, so we can pass campaign finance reform, so we can change our laws, so people like me can throw normal birthday parties instead of making it weird by asking for money. But I digress. In order to change our laws, I need your help!
