You and I both know why you’re getting another email asking for money. It’s no secret that September 30th is the next FEC fundraising deadline. And you’re probably getting a boatload of emails. Believe me, I get them too.

But how many are you getting on behalf of a member of Congress from Iowa with a (D) next to their name?

That’s what I thought. You’ve gotten a couple, you may have even opened one, and even thought about clicking that donate button.

We need Dave in Congress, period.

As long as I’ve known Dave Loebsack, I’ve known him to put the people he represents first and foremost.

And honestly, it’s something we need more of at every level of government. I’ve seen more than my fair share of campaigns and candidates. And believe me, Dave’s not just one of the good ones, he’s one of the best.

He puts his head down and gets to work to help the people he’s elected to serve, no matter who’s in the Oval Office, or who’s in the majority.
