On Monday our friends at Engine are holding a big tech event featuring local entrepreneurs plus presidential candidates Carly Fiorina and Gov. Martin O’Malley — can you be there?

The Iowa Presidential Tech Town Hall will highlight Internet freedom issues like broadband access, innovation, digital privacy and more. Panelists from the local startup community will select questions for the candidates from folks tweeting with the hashtag #IowaTech2016.

This is going to be a pretty cool event — can you join me?

Here are the details:

When: Mon., Dec. 7; doors open at 3:30 p.m. and the town hall begins at 4
Where: The Hotel at Kirkwood Center, 7725 Kirkwood Blvd SW, Cedar Rapids
RSVP: Email me or give me a call at 202-265-1490, ext. 23.

Let me know if I’ll see you there!

P.S. Don’t forget to RSVP. I’m really looking forward to meeting you!
