Loebsack Announces First Annual Loebsack Brews & BBQ Event

IOWA CITY – Representative Dave Loebsack announced today that he will be hosting the inaugural Loebsack Brews & BBQ event on Sunday, Sept. 27.

This grassroots fundraising event will feature BBQ from Mosley’s in Iowa City and take place at Celebration Farms in Iowa City. Doors open at 11 a.m. Featured guests and speakers will be announced at a later date.

“I am excited for folks to join me in enjoying some delicious BBQ, sipping on a cold one and talking politics with many of their friends,” Loebsack said. “Democrats have a huge opportunity in 2016 and now is the time to get together and make sure we are doing all we can to defeat the Tea Party that is running the Republican Party.”
