It’s Here: FCC’s Net Neutrality Plan

It’s official: This morning FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler laid out his plan1 to reclassify broadband access under Title II of the Communications Act.

You did this. You. If everything keeps moving in this direction, we’ll be celebrating a huge victory for Net Neutrality on Feb. 26, when the FCC votes on the rules.

There’s a ton to celebrate here. But a whole lot could go wrong between now and then. Over the next three weeks, we have to be more vigilant than ever and make sure that the phone and cable companies don’t crush us.

We’ll be in touch as things develop. Oh, and if you have any friends who haven’t joined the fight yet, send them this link so they can sign up.

Thanks so much for everything you’ve done over the past year—
