Monday, we begin interviewing candidates for Des Moines City Council, starting with Cal Woods at 6:00. At 6:15, we speak with Lyssa Wade (aka, Veggie Thumper) about the October 12 March against Monsanto/Right-to-Know Campaign.

Tuesday at 6:00, attorney Fred Van Liew discusses the launch of a long-term initiative to document racial profiling incidents in the Des Moines area. At 6:15, we switch gears and dig into one of several possible items breaking in the news this week.

Wednesday at 6:00, we again discuss business development opportunities with Souvanna Southammavong with the Immigrant Entrepreneurs Summit. At 6:15, we hear from Jigar Shah, author of “Creating Climate Wealth: Unlocking the Impact Economy.”

Thursday at 6:00, Ambassador Ken Quinn with The World Food Prize joins us. And at 6:15, City Councilman Skip Moore is my guest.
