Mathis for State Senate
At 2:00 AM this morning, the Mathis for State Senate campaign web site was up at http://mathis4statesenate.com. It looks a bit fresh from the agency, but there is an election to win, and a web site is a small part of a modern state senate campaign. What matters most is talking to voters.
With only 46 days until the polls close on November 8, there is a lot to do to contact voters and get the message out. Mathis is in the thick of it, beginning with a canvass this afternoon at 1:00 PM. If you would like to help canvass for the likely Democratic candidate, show up at the Linn County Democratic Headquarters at 2857 Mount Vernon Road for the first door knocking session.
