Obama's Radio Address:  Why Can't We Get it Here?

This morning I tried, for 2 hours,to find online a local AM or FM radio station that I could tune in to to hear OBAMA's address at 9AM. I could not find any information. From where I live [Quad Cities], I am able to get in twenty AM and twenty FM radio stations.

There are hundreds of thousands of people across the midwest and the country who do not have a computer and have no intention of getting one. I talk to hundreds of people every week at my job, and there are many folks mostly over fifty who will never purchase a computer and even younger people who cannot afford to purchase or replace their existing one. For many who live in rural areas, it is from their radio, their local TV stations, and local newspapers that they keep up with current events.
 
So it is in the interest that all have access to our newly elected President's accomplishments, as heard directly from him, that I am on a quest to find these radio stations. Any help will be greatly appreciated.  And if there is no station locally that broadcasts the President-Elect's address, then I may have to contact all 40 of them and find out why.
 
There needs to be a strong honest person at the helm of the FCC.  I thank all that is holy for the exit of Kevin Martin.  Michael Copps & Jonathan Adelstein have had to be on guard every day since he came on board just worrying what Martin would attempt to further deteriorate our rights. I wish HOWARD or Bobby Kennedy, Jr would be assigned to head the FCC. I was really hoping for Kennedy to be EPA director, but it sounds as though Lisa P. Jackson will be tapped for that position.
