Today, the Christina Bohannan for Congress campaign released new internal polling showing a dead heat between Christina and Mariannette Miller-Meeks.

Despite Miller-Meeks’ allies spending $1.29 million to boost her on TV, Christina has pulled even at 47%-47%. Miller-Meeks’ job disapproval (46%) has increased by 8 points since May, largely driven by non-partisan voters.

Miller-Meeks was already disliked by her own party, winning her June primary with only 56% of the vote against a challenger who raised virtually no money. Now, she’s struggling with non-partisan voters as well.

Christina has been building a strong campaign since launching, outraising Miller-Meeks every quarter and surpassing her in cash on hand.

The Normington Petts poll was conducted August 27-29, 2024 with 400 likely voters. The sampling error is plus or minus 4.9 percentage points.
